Through the affiliate system, dealers can collaborate with riders, expanding their delivery network and ensuring fast and efficient service to customers. Through the app, users can select the nearest dealer or rider and communicate directly with them, choosing the most suitable and convenient option based on their needs.
Designing the FoodDelivery system was a deep dive into crafting both a management platform and a mobile app that seamlessly worked together. I focused on understanding the client’s needs, ensuring the system was not only functional but also visually engaging. Through multiple phases of user testing with the client, I refined the experience to make every interaction intuitive and efficient. From backend operations to front-end interactions, every detail was designed to enhance usability and streamline workflows—making FoodDelivery as smooth for businesses as it is for customers.
