From the very first meetings with the client, I noticed that the product under development did not fully meet their needs, prompting me to investigate further into their real requirements. During the various design phases, on my own initiative, I decided to deepen the dialogue with the client by asking targeted questions to better understand what they actually needed.
Through my analysis, I discovered that, in addition to the agreed product, there was also a need for a mobile app to monitor operator activities on the main software. Without waiting for the request to be explicitly made, I proposed the development of the app as an additional solution, demonstrating proactivity and a keen understanding of the client’s needs. This proposal fully met their expectations, solidifying their trust and strengthening our professional relationship.
